摘要
物流业在“一带一路”经济合作中发挥关键作用,是支撑国民经济发展的基础性、战略性、先导性产业,物流业高质量发展对于实现区域资源优化整合、国民经济健康发展以及提高人民生活质量水平具有重要意义。从物流业高质量发展成效入手,分析研究了“一带一路”背景下物流业高质量发展存在的主要问题,提出合理规划物流资源投资,与物流发展现状相适应;提高区域经济发展水平,鼓励跨区域经贸合作;优化产业结构,促进两业深入融合;注重物流技术创新,提高物流智能水平等建议,以期物流业在“一带一路”背景下实现进一步高质量发展,为行业效率效益水平提升提供参考。
The logistics industry plays a key role in the high-quality construction of The Belt and Road Initiative.It is a basic,strategic and leading industry in supporting the development of the national economy.The high-quality development of logistics industry is of great significance in realizing the optimization and integration of regional resource,the healthy development of the national economy,and improving quality of people’s life.This paper starts with the current effect of the high-quality development in logistics industry,analyzes and studies the main problems existing in the high-quality development of the logistics industry under the background of The Belt and Road Initiative,and puts forward suggestions for the further high-quality development of the logistics industry,such as reasonable planning of investment in logistics resources in line with the current situation of logistics development;improving the level of regional economic development,encouraging cross-regional economic and trade cooperation;optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the in-depth integration of the two industries;focusing on logistics technology innovation,improving the level of logistics intelligence,and other suggestions,with the hope that logistics industry will with a high-quality development under the background of The Belt and Road Initiative,and provide reference for improving efficiency level and benefit.
