摘要
目的归纳总结再生纤维素基材料在食品包装行业的研究进展及各国法规情况,以促进再生纤维素在食品包装领域的应用和发展,同时确保其符合相关法规和标准,保障食品安全。方法对再生纤维素概况及制备方法进行简要介绍,对再生纤维素在食品包装领域的研究进行详细综述,对再生纤维素在食品包装领域的应用前景及存在的困难进行总结及展望。结果溶解与再生在再生纤维素制备过程中发挥着至关重要的作用;再生纤维素已经在抗菌、防腐、抗紫外线及抗水蒸气阻隔食品包装领域取得了一定的研究进展;目前不同国家和地区已经制定了相关的法规但仍存在一定差异。结论再生纤维素已经成为新型包装材料的有力候选者之一,但仍需要在制备方法、法规制定等方面进行改进,以推动再生纤维素行业的持续健康增长和创新。
The work aims to summarize the research progress of regenerated cellulose based materials in the food packaging industry and related regulations of various countries,so as to promote the application and development of regenerated cellulose in food packaging,while ensuring its compliance with relevant regulations and standards,and ensuring food safety.This article provides a brief overview of cellulose and its preparation methods.It also reviewed the literature on cellulose's applications in food packaging.Finally,the article summarized and outlined the prospects for the use of cellulose materials in food packaging,along with the challenges that need to be addressed.Dissolution and regeneration played an important role in the preparation of regenerated cellulose.The research progress of regenerated cellulose has been made in the fields of antibacterial,anti-corrosion,anti-ultraviolet and anti-water vapor barrier food packaging.At present,different countries and regions have formulated relevant laws and regulations,but there are still some differences.In conclusion,regenerated cellulose has become a strong contender in new packaging materials,but improvement is still needed in preparation methods,regulations and other aspects,so as to promote continued healthy growth and innovation in the regenerated cellulose industry.
