双酚A对小鼠生殖内分泌影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察双酚A对小鼠生殖内分泌系统的影响。方法小鼠经不同剂量的双酚A染毒3d后,用紫外分光光度法检测睾丸组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)活性;放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇(E2)、睾丸组织内睾酮(T)水平。结果各染毒组LDH活性、T含量均明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),且随着染毒剂量的增加而明显降低;4μmol/kg组G-6-PD活性较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。雄性和雌性小鼠血清E2浓度随染毒剂量的增加而逐渐升高,当剂量达到80μmol/kg时,明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论双酚A对小鼠具有一定的生殖内分泌毒性。 Objective To observe the effects of BPA on the reproductive endocrine system of mice. Methods Tthree days after treatment of mice treated with different doses of BPA, the activities of LDH and G - 6 - PD in the testis of mice were determined with spectropbotometry, The level of estradiol in serum and testosterone in testis of mice was determined with RIA. Results The LDH activity and T level in mice treatment with different doses of BPA were significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05) ,and it decreased along with the increasing of the BPA dose. The activity of G - 6 - PD in the mice of 4μmol/kg group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05), E2 concentration in serum of male and female increased along with the increasing of the BPA dose. When the BPA dose reached 80μmol/kg, E2 concentration was significantly higher than that in the controls ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion BPA can affect the reproductive and endocrine system of mice.
