摘要
产教融合、校企合作是创新职业院校人才培养体系,促进产业转型升级,构筑产教融合新生态的重要举措。文章以人力资源开发理论为基础,通过AHP层次分析法考量校企人才共享影响要素的权重,采用灰色关联度分析法调查京津冀地区校企人才共享满意度。结果表明:校企人才合作的实施细则和保障措施需要进一步完善。文章从激励体系、平台建设、理念转变以及共享机制的完善等方面提出校企协同育人机制的优化措施,可解决我国地方教育供给和产业需求结构性矛盾的难题。
Industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are important measures to innovate the talents training system of vocational colleges,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and build a new ecology of industry-education integration.Based on the theory of human resource development,the paper uses AHP to judge the weight of the factors influencing the talents sharing in schools and enterprises.The grey correlation method is used to investigate the satisfaction degree of talents sharing between shcools and enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The empirical results show that the implementation rules and safeguard measures of school-enterprise talents cooperation need to be further improved.From the aspects of incentive system,platform construction,concept transformation and sharing mechanism improvement,the optimization measures of school-enterprise collaborative education are proposed to solve the problem of structural contradiction between local education supply and industrial demand in China.
