摘要
文章聚焦新时代高校研究生心理健康教育,阐述其在国家教育政策中的重要性及面临的挑战。以某工科学院为例,针对多重难点,探索实施“1+3+4”心理育人模式的创新对策,并取得显著成效。本研究揭示了关键问题,提出实用的解决方案,旨在为全国高校开展心理健康教育提供借鉴,推动我国研究生心理健康教育迈向新阶段。
The article focuses on the mental health education of graduate students in universities in the new era,explaining its importance and challenges in national education policies.Taking a certain engineering college as an example,this study explores innovative strategies for implementing the"1+3+4"psychological education model in response to multiple difficulties,and has achieved significant results.This study reveals key issues and proposes practical solutions,aiming to provide reference for national universities to carry out mental health education,and promote graduate mental health education in China to a new stage.
