摘要
在国家政策的引导下,高校心理健康教育被纳入思想政治教育框架,形成了“大思政”背景下的心理健康教育,发挥思想政治教育在高校心理健康教育中的作用。然而,此结合主要面向大学生,研究生的心理健康教育尚待发展。本研究在“大思政”背景下,借鉴本科生心理健康教育,基于积极心理学的理论和心理健康双因素模型,依托“一个平台、一种理念;二种因素、二个层次;三级目标,三方力量”,构建适合研究生特点的“大思政”视野下的心理健康教育模式,将研究生培养成为德智体美劳全面发展且身心健康的社会主义建设者和接班人。
Under the guidance of national policies, mental health education in universities has been incorpo-rated into the framework of ideological and political education, forming a mental health education under the background of “macro level ideological and political education”, and playing the role of ideological and political education in mental health education in universities. However, this combi-nation is mainly aimed at college students, and there is still room for development in the field of mental health education for postgraduate students. In the context of the “macro level ideological and political education”, this study drew on the foundation of undergraduate mental health educa-tion, relied on “one platform, one concept;two factors, two levels;three-level goals, three forces” based on positive psychology and dual-factor model to construct a mental health education model suitable for the characteristics of postgraduate students under the “macro level ideological and po-litical education” perspective, train postgraduate students to become socialist builders and succes-sors with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and la-bor, as well as physical and mental health.
