摘要
人才强国战略是中国三大基本战略之一,自2002年被明确提出以来,该主题已逐渐成为学术界关注的热点。人才强国战略的理论发展可分为初步构建、全面推进和深入实施三个阶段。通过文献计量法分析,可以梳理出人才强国战略演进的阶段特征及驱动因素。在此基础上,通过关键词突现图和战略图分析,可以预测人才强国战略研究的发展趋势。概括而言,在新时代,人才强国战略研究应继续立足国情、与时俱进,为夯实现代化建设的人才基础提供理论和实践支撑。
The strategy of talent development in revitalizing China stands as one of China’s fundamental strategies.Since its inception in 2002,this strategy has garnered increasing academic attention.Its theoretical development can be delineated across three stages:initial conceptualization,broad promotion,and substantive implementation.By conducting a bibliometric analysis,this paper delineates the characteristics of each stage and the driving forces behind the evolution of this strategy.Building upon this analysis,the paper predicts the future research trends of this strategy through an examination of keyword emergence and strategic mapping.In conclusion,research on the strategy of talent development in revitalizing China should continue to be rooted in national realities and remain abreast of contemporary developments to offer both theoretical insights and practical support for fortifying the talent pool required for modernization.
