数智赋能高校发展型资助育人的实践进路探析 被引量:4

Practical Analysis on the Development-oriented Financial Aid for Education in Universities Empowered by Digital Intelligence

摘要 数智化技术是顺应教育现代化转型的实然之需、塑造教育发展新动能的应然之法、实施“时代新人铸魂工程”的必然之举。面对数智化技术深度变革带来的全新时代境遇,将数智思维、数智理念融入学生资助工作尤为重要。在数智化时代,高校发展型资助亟须通过数智化技术引擎,实现学校内部治理提质增效,破解共享程度不高、机理发挥不畅、个性发展不力、评估反馈不准等难题,探索构建数智识别、数智帮扶、数智导航、数智反哺“四位一体”的长效机制,实现“解困—育人—成才—回馈”的良性循环,助推学生资助工作数智化转型。 Digital intelligence technology is a necessary way to meet the needs of modern education transformation,a method to shape new driving forces for educational development,and a necessary measure to implement the"new generation soul casting project".In the face of the new era brought about by the deep transformation of digital intelligence technology,it is particularly important to integrate digital intelligence thinking and concepts into student aid work.In the era of digitalization,the development oriented financial aid of universities urgently needs to use digital intelligence technology engines to improve the quality and efficiency of internal governance,solve problems such as low sharing degree,poor mechanism performance,weak individual development,and inaccurate evaluation and feedback.The construction of a“four-in-one”long-term mechanism that integrates digitalization identification,digitalization assistance,digitalization navigation,and digitalization feedback is explored,to achieve a virtuous cycle of"solving difficulties,educating people,becoming talents,and giving back",and assist in the digital intelligence transformation of student aid work.
