摘要
教育数字化转型以发挥数据作用为着力点,助力教育服务迈向智能化;以更好满足学习需求为落脚点,助力实现人的全面发展。从世界范围看,推动教育数字化转型已成为各国普遍关注的问题,集中反映出更为注重优质数字基础设施建设、数字教育实践体系打造以及数字教育伦理保障的发展趋势,并在国家战略引领、基础设施建设、多元要素整合、加强数据管理等维度为我国教育数字化转型提供实践路径。
The digital transformation in education focuses on the role of data to help educational services become more intelligent,and on better meeting learning needs to help leaners achieve all-round development.From a global perspective,promoting the digital transformation of education has been a common concern in various countries,as reflected in the following development trends:first,more attention on the construction of high-quality digital infrastructure;second,greater emphasis on the creation of a digital education practice system;and third,more focus on the ethical protection of digital education.It is important to provide practical paths for the digital transformation of China's education with the leading role of a national strategy,and through infrastructure construction,integration of multiple elements,and enhanced data management.
