共生理论视域:职业院校与小微企业协同培育“双师型”教师的路径建构 被引量:1

Perspective of Symbiosis Theory:The Path Construction of Cultivating“Double-Qualified”Teachers in Vocational Colleges and Small and Micro Enterprises

摘要 随着时代发展和产业转型,职业教育的人才培养目标不断调整,校企合作、产教融合培育“双师型”教师是人才培养目标达成的有效途径。基于共生理论视域,剖析职业院校与小微企业协同培育“双师型”教师的现实状况,发现双方共生单元利益诉求有差异、协同培育的共生模式不稳定、共生环境的制度设计不完善等问题。围绕高水平“双师型”教师新内涵,根据校企协同培育的三个阶段建构实施路径:在追求共同诉求中提升共生单元的内在驱动力,以信息技术加盟优化协同培育的共生环境,学用互哺共生以形成互惠共赢的共生模式。 With the development of the times and the industrial transformation,the training objectives of the vocational education are constantly changing.It is an effective way to cultivate“Double-qualified”teachers in school-enterprise cooperation and integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the actual situation of training“Double-qualified”teachers in vocational colleges and small and micro enterprises.It is found that there are differences in the interests of the symbiosis unit,the co-cultivation of the symbiosis model is not stable,and the system design of the symbiosis environment is not perfect.According to the new connotation of high-level“Double-qualified”teachers,the implementation path is constructed from the three stages of school-enterprise’s cooperative cultivation.Firstly,the inherent drive of the symbiotic unit is promoted in the pursuit of common claims.Secondly,the symbiotic environment of cooperative cultivation is optimized in the information technology alliance.Finally,the symbiosis model of mutual benefit and win-win is formed in learning and application.
