摘要
在“法治北京”的背景之下,促进初高中法治教育的有效衔接,事关社会主义合格公民的培养、青少年法治教育的需求,是北京以首善标准引领基础教育高质量发展的必然之举。对接当前法治教育资源本土化程度不高、教师队伍衔接递进意识不强、法治教育资源协同性不足等困境,初高中法治教育衔接应推动法治资源运用与北京实际相结合,并在教师联动机制构建中强化教研员的引领与教研组长的组织管理,在法治资源库搭建中深化公检法部门的共建与一线教师的参建,探寻多层次、深聚焦、立体化的初高中法治教育衔接新路径。
In the context of "rule of law in Beijing",promoting the effective connection of legal education between middle and high schools is related to the cultivation of qualified socialist citizens and the needs of youth legal education.It is an inevitable move for Beijing to lead the high-quality development of basic education with the first good standard.To address the current challenges of low localization of legal education resources,weak awareness of progressive connection among teachers,and insufficient coordination of legal education resources,the integration of legal resources in middle and high schools should be promoted,and the use of legal resources should be combined with the actual situation in Beijing.In the construction of a teacher linkage mechanism,the guidance of teaching and research personnel and the organization and management of teaching and research team leaders should be strengthened.In the construction of the legal resource database,the joint construction of public security,procuratorial and legal departments,as well as the participation of teachers,should be deepened,thus to explore a new path for the connection of multi-level,deeply focused,and three-dimensional legal education between middle and high schools.
