摘要
金银花具有清热解毒、疏散风热等功效,用于温病发热等疾病,有中药抗生素之称,金银花做成的茶饮也具有一定的养生保健作用。依据文献报道,金银花和甘草、山楂、白茅根等多种药物一起食用,具有清热降暑、降脂等作用。文章对金银花茶饮的组成、感官评定进行了综述,以为更有效地开发利用金银花提供参考,为金银花产业的发展提供思路。
Honeysuckle has the functions of clearing away heat,detoxifying,and dispersing wind heat.It is used for febrile diseases,febrile diseases,and other diseases.It is known as traditional Chinese medicine antibiotics,traditional Chinese medicine antibiotics,etc.The tea made of honeysuckle also has a certain health care effect.According to literature reports,honeysuckle,licorice,hawthorn,white thatch root and other medicines can be used together to clear away heat and reduce fat.In this paper,the composition and sen⁃sory evaluation of honeysuckle tea were summarized,which provides a reference for better and effective development and utilization of honeysuckle,and provides ideas for the development of honeysuckle industry.
