摘要
金银花作为传统中药材,素因其有效的化学成分及广泛的药理作用而闻名于世。其所含有的多种化学成分在解热、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等方面均发挥较显著效应,同时亦在抗肿瘤、保护神经、治疗妇科疾病等方面表现出一定的作用。目前,研究者们对金银花中有效化学成分在临床应用中的作用机制的研究尚未深入,其所具有的药理作用亦需要更进一步的探究。本文对金银花的化学成分及其药理作用的研究新进展进行综述与总结,以期为今后更进一步探索金银花的药用前景提供科学依据及理论参考。
As a traditional Chinese medicine,flos lonicerae is famous for its effective chemical components and extensive pharmacological effects.Its contain a variety of chemical components in the antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral and other aspects are playing a more significant effect,but also in the anti-tumor,nerve protection,treatment of gynecological diseases and other aspects show a certain role.At present,researchers have not studied the mechanism of action of effective chemical components in honeysuckle in clinical application,and their pharmacological effects need further exploration.In order to provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for further exploration of the medicinal prospect of honeysuckle,this paper summarizes the new progress in the research of its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects.
