摘要
文章深入探讨了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在现代建筑设计与施工过程中的应用及其带来的优化潜力。首先分析了传统建筑设计方法的局限性,明确了技术限制、信息管理以及效率与准确性方面的挑战,通过详细描述BIM技术在建筑设计阶段的多个应用,如可视化与模拟、冲突检测与解决以及持续设计更新与迭代,说明了其在提高设计质量和效率上的作用。本文还分析了传统建筑施工过程中的主要问题,包括计划与调度、安全与风险以及质量控制,探讨了BIM如何通过4D与5D建模及现场施工的实时反馈与更新来对这些问题进行有效地管理和解决。
In this paper,the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the design and construction of modern buildings and its optimization potential are deeply discussed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the limitations of traditional architectural design methods,defines the technical limitations,information management and challenges in efficiency and accuracy,and explains the role of BIM technology in improving design quality and efficiency by describing in detail the multiple applications of BIM technology in architectural design stage,such as visualization and simulation,conflict detection and resolution,and continuous design update and iteration.This paper also analyzes the main problems in the process of traditional building construction,including planning and scheduling,safety and risk and quality control,and discusses how BIM can effectively manage and solve these problems through 4D and 5D modeling and real-time feedback and update of on-site construction.
