摘要
传统的建筑设计与施工中存在质量与安全问题,影响了工程进度与成本。针对这些问题,文章研究了建筑设计可视化、冲突检测、成本估算与控制、施工计划与管理以及设施管理等内容,提出了基于BIM技术的建筑设计与施工协同优化策略,以期为相关人员提供参考。
There are quality and safety issues in traditional architectural design and construction,which affect the progress and cost of the project.In response to these issues,the article studied the visualization of architectural design,conflict detection,cost estimation and control,construction planning and management,and facility management.It proposed a collaborative optimization strategy for architectural design and construction based on BIM technology,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel's work.
