摘要
文章基于BIM模型开展项目管理工作的研究。BIM技术将项目管理工作从2D平面提升到3D模型,实现项目管理立体化、数据可视化和信息集成化管理。以机电工程总承包集成项目为研究基点,研究BIM技术在机电工程的设计、施工和竣工阶段为项目管理增值主要内容,诠释BIM技术应用的主流方向和发展趋势。
This article focuses on the research of project management based on BIM models.BIM technology elevates project management from 2D planes to 3D models,achieving three-dimensional project management,data visualization,and information integration management.Taking the integrated project of mechanical and electrical engineering general contracting as the research starting point,this study focuses on the value-added contents of BIM technology in project management during the design,construction,and completion stages of mechanical and electrical engineering,and interprets the mainstream direction and development trend of BIM technology application.
