摘要
目的:探讨火针联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗中重度痤疮的效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年10月宣城市人民医院收治的102例中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象,根据就诊次序,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(51例,采用火针联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗)和对照组(51例,采用复方黄柏液湿敷治疗)。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、中医证候积分、皮损情况以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组患者的84.31%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组丘疹、脓疱、结节和瘙痒评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)观察组痤疮数量、大小、颜色、硬度、部位评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:火针联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗中重度痤疮能够减少炎症因子的释放,提高患者临床疗效,减轻皮损情况,无明显不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of fire acupuncture combined with compound cortex phellodendri fluid wet compress on moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 102 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to Xuanchang People's Hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group(51 cases,treated with fire needle and wet compress treatment of compound Radix cypress liquid)and the control group(51 cases,treated with wet compress treatment of compound cortex phellodendri fluid).The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,skin lesions and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group were 96.08%,higher than that of the control group 84.31%(P<0.05).After treatment,papules,pustules,nodules and pruritus scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number,size,color,hardness and site scores of acne in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of moderate to severe acne with fire acupuncture combined with compound cortex phellodendri fluid wet compress can reduce the release of inflammatory factors,improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce skin lesions,no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
