摘要
目的分析中药溻渍联合火针治疗肺经风热型痤疮的效果.方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月本院收治的200例肺经风热型痤疮患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例.对照组采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合火针治疗,观察组采用中药溻渍联合火针治疗,均连续治疗4周.对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组的症状积分为(3.49±0.58)分,低于对照组的(5.31±1.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为97.00%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论中药溻渍联合火针治疗肺经风热型痤疮的效果显著,可有效减轻患者临床症状,且无不良反应,临床应用价值较高,可大力推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese herbal decoction combined with fire acupuncture on acne of lung meridian wind-heat type.Methods 200 patients with acne of lung meridian wind-heat type admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin isotretinoin gel combined with fire acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction combined with fire acupuncture.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was(3.49±0.58)points,lower than(5.31±1.06)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher than 90.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese herbal decoction and fire acupuncture in the treatment of acne with lung meridian wind-heat type has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,and has no adverse reactions,the clinical application value is high,can be widely used.
