摘要
目的:研究补骨坚骨液配合依降钙素治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松骨折的临床疗效。方法:将2021年5月~2021年12月我院收治的90例胸腰椎骨质疏松骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为治疗组(补骨坚骨液配合依降钙素治疗)、对照组1(补骨坚骨液治疗)、对照组2(依降钙素治疗)各30例,比较三组患者治疗3个月后临床疗效,比较三组治疗前及治疗3个月后中医证候积分、椎体矫正效果[骨密度(BMD)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)],比较三组不同时间点疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗3个月后,总有效率治疗组高于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,三组中医证候积分明显低于治疗前,治疗组明显低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,三组BMD水平明显高于治疗前,ODI指数明显低于治疗前,治疗组ODI指数明显低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05),三组BMD水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前三组VAS评分水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1、3个月后,治疗组VAS评分水平明显低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05);三组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补骨坚骨液配合依降钙素治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松骨折具有良好疗效,能够改善临床症状,促进骨密度提升和椎体矫正,降低疼痛程度。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of using Bugu Jiangu Liquid combined with Elcatonin in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures.Methods:90 patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures who were treated in the hospital between May 2021 and December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a treatment group(Bugu Jiangu Liquid combined with Elcatonin treatment),a controlled group 1(Bugu Jiangu Liquid treatment)and a control group 2(Elcatonin treatment),with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment,TCM syndromes and vertebral body correction effect[bone mineral density(BMD),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)]before treatment and after 3 months of treatment as well as pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)]at different time points and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,there was no statistical significance in the total effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group 1 and the controlled group 2(P<0.05).The BMD in the three groups after 3 months of treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment while the ODI index was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the ODI index was significantly lower in treatment group than that in the controlled group 1 and the controlled group 2(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the BMD among the three groups(P>0.05).The difference in the VAS score was not statistically significant among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the VAS scores in the treatment group after 1 month and 3 months of treatment were significantly lower than those in the controlled group 1 and the controlled group 2(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the occurrence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Bugu Jiangu Liquid combined with Elcatonin has a good efficacy in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures,and it can improve clinical symptoms,promote bone mineral density and vertebral body correction,and relieve pain.
