摘要
在农业强国建设过程中,我国饲料产业呈现工业总产值稳步增长、工业总产量持续提升、原材料供给规模不断上涨、产业集中度日益提高的现状。在农业强国视域下,经济发展、畜牧业市场变化和科技创新为饲料产业供给侧结构性改革带来了全新的机遇。饲料产业要实现供给侧结构性改革,应发挥市场微观调控作用,推动饲料产业纵深发展,强化科技创新支撑,推进饲料产业链与技术链衔接,优化饲料产业结构,驱动饲料产品多元化供给。文章明确农业强国视域下饲料产业供给侧结构性改革的机遇与路径,从而减少无效供给和低端供给,增强饲料产业结构灵活性和适应性,促使饲料产业高质量发展。
In the process of building an agricultural powerhouse,Chinese feed industry has shown a steady increase in total industrial output value,a continuous increase in total industrial output,a continuous increase in raw material supply scale,and an increasing concentration of industries.From the perspective of an agricultural powerhouse,economic development,changes in the livestock market,and technological innovation have brought new opportunities for the supply side structural reform of the feed industry.To achieve supply side structural reform in the feed industry,the market should play a micro regulatory role and promote the in-depth development of the feed industry,strengthen technological innovation support and promote the connection between the feed industry chain and the technology chain,and optimize the feed industry structure and drive the diversified supply of feed products.The article clarifies the opportunities and paths for the supply side structural reform of the feed industry from the perspective of agricultural power,which can reduce ineffective and low-end supply,enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the feed industry structure,and achieve highquality development of the feed industry.
