摘要
面对当前中小企业发展形势,分析当前存在的主要问题,克服悲观消极情绪,提出认清新形势、再造企业优势、提升企业系统竞争力,打造具备高效执行力队伍的意见,从几个方面努力打造生存出路。
Facing the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzed the main problems, to overcome the pessimistic negative emotions, to present opinions on understanding the situation clearly, reengineering business advantage, remanding the competitiveness of the enterprise system and to build highly efficient ex- ecution team, to create survival way from several aspects.
