摘要 在知识经济时代,越来越多的饲料企业认识到人才队伍建设的重要性,力求通过人力资源管理的方式来满足饲料企业当前及未来发展的需要。但对于数量众多的中小饲料企业而言,因自身规模小、资金有限、抗风险能力差等原因,往往存在员工流动性大、对高端人才吸引力不足等问题,这些问题都加大了人力资源的不确定性,进而给中小饲料企业的正常运营和发展带来了负面影响。因此,有必要对中小饲料企业人力资源管理风险的成因及措施进行分析,以避免人力资源的不确定性给中小饲料企业带来经济损失。 In the era of knowledge economy,more and more feed enterprises realize the importance of talent team construction,and strive to meet the current and future development needs of feed enterprises through human resource management.However,for a large number of small and medium-sized feed enterprises,due to their small size,limited funds,poor risk resistance and other reasons,there are often problems such as large staff mobility and insufficient attraction to high-end talents.These problems have increased the uncertainty of human resources,and thus have a negative impact on the normal operation and development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the causes and measures of human resource management risks in small and medium-sized feed enterprises to avoid economic losses caused by the uncertainty of human resources.
