协同护理模式对全髋关节置换术后病人髋关节活动度、恐动症水平影响的Meta分析

Effect of collaborative nursing mode on postoperative hip joint range of motion and fear of movement in patients undergoing total hip replacement:a Meta-analysis

摘要目的:系统评价协同护理模式在全髋关节置换病人中的应用效果。方法:计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed及the Cochrane Library等数据库已发表的关于协同护理模式在全髋关节置换术后应用的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年4月2日,经文献筛选与质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入21项研究,涉及1868例受试对象。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,观察组经协同护理干预后可明显提高病人接受3个月干预后髋关节活动度评分[MD=10.40,95%CI(7.39,13.41)]及接受6个月干预后髋关节活动度评分[MD=8.48,95%CI(6.67,10.30)]及降低术后恐动症评分[MD=―4.54,95%CI(―7.48,―1.60)]。结论:现有证据表明,协同护理模式可以有效降低全髋关节置换病人术后恐动症评分、提高病人术后髋关节活动度。 Objective:Systematically evaluate the application effect of collaborative nursing mode on postoperative hip joint mobility and fear of movement in patients undergoing total hip replacement.Methods:A randomized controlled trial on the application of collaborative nursing mode in total hip replacement surgery was conducted by computer retrieval of databases such as CNKI,CBM,VIP,WanFang Database,PubMed,and the Cochrane Library.The retrieval time was from the inception to April 2,2023,and literature screening and quality evaluation were conducted.After data extraction,using RevMan 5.3 software to perform Meta-analysis on the data.Results:21 studies were ultimately included,with a total of 1868 subjects included.The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group significantly improved the hip joint activity score after 3 months of intervention(MD=10.40,95%CI 7.39-13.41),the hip joint activity score after 6 months of intervention(MD=8.48,95%CI 6.67-10.30),and reduced the postoperative phobia score(MD=-4.54,95%CI―7.48-―1.60).Conclusion:Current evidence shows that the collaborative nursing model can effectively reduce postoperative anxiety disorder scores and improve postoperative hip joint mobility in patients.
