摘要
目的探讨多维度协同护理结合损害控制对全身麻醉老年髋关节置换术患者术后认知功能、谵妄发生率和髋关节功能的影响。方法将我院2016年10月至2018年4月收治的50例行全身麻醉老年髋关节置换术患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理结合损害控制,观察组采用多维度协同护理结合损害控制,比较两组患者术后认知功能、谵妄发生率、髋关节功能以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后1,3,5 d认知功能评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组谵妄发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组出院时、出院后3个月、出院后6个月髋关节功能评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多维度协同护理结合损害控制能改善患者术后认知功能和髋关节功能,降低谵妄发生率,减少并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing combined with damage control on postoperative cognitive function, sputum incidence and hip function in patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 50 cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia for hip replacement in our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018 were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated with routine nursing combined with damage control. The observation group was treated with multi-dimensional collaborative nursing combined with damage control. The postoperative cognitive function, delirium incidence, hip function and complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The cognitive function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the 1st day, the 3rd day, and 5th day after operation( P <0.05). The incidence of delirium in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).The hip function scores of the observation group at the time of discharge, 3 months after discharge, and 6 months after discharge were higher than those of the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing combined with damage control can improve postoperative cognitive function and hip function. In addition, it can reduce the delirium incidence and the incidence of complications.
