摘要
姑苏区作为苏州中心城区,旧城社区不仅面临存量背景下内涵式、精细化更新需求,更承载了城市文脉与历史记忆。文章将文化资本理论引入旧城社区更新领域,通过聚焦社区文化资本的识别、分类、评价与利用,对旧城社区更新类型、特征问题及优化策略展开研究。构建旧城社区渐进式更新体系,提出更新思路,尝试建构基于基础、生活、精神、制度、产品五大维度的社区文化资本评价体系,并分类提出具有针对性的更新优化策略。
As the central urban area of Suzhou,the old city community in Gusu district is not only faced with the demand for connotation and refi nement under the background of stock,but also bears the urban context and the common historical memory of residents.Therefore,this paper introduces the theory of cultural capital into the fi eld of urban community renewal,and studies the types,characteristics and optimization strategies of urban community renewal by focusing on the identifi cation,classifi cation,evaluation and utilization of community cultural capital.It advocates for a phased renewal system in the old city community,off ering innovative ideas and seeking to establish an evaluation system rooted in fi ve key dimensions:foundation,life,spirit,system,and product.Through this,the paper delineates specifi c strategies for classifi ed renewal and optimization.
