摘要
目的:探讨低温暴露环境对冰雪项目运动员体能周期性影响的变化规律。方法:以小鼠作为实验模型,在模拟的低温雨雪冰冻条件下进行实验,对小鼠进行为期7天的间断性暴露。观察小鼠间断性暴露在低温雨雪冰冻环境下的力竭游泳时间。结果发现:低温环境显著缩短了小鼠的力竭游泳时间(P<0.01),说明小鼠的体能受到了低温暴露的负面影响。然而,在间歇性暴露6天的小鼠实验组中,虽然力竭游泳时间有所恢复,但这种改善并不具有统计学上的显著性。本研究成果有助于掌握低温环境下小鼠的体能变化规律,可为探讨这些变化对冰雪运动员体能产生的影响提供实验支持。
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the periodic effects of low-temperature exposure on the physical fitness of winter sports athletes.METHODS:Using mice as an experimental model,we conducted experiments under simulated low-temperature conditions of rain,snow,and freezing,exposing mice intermittently for a duration of 7 days.The study observed the mice’s exhaustion swimming time under intermittent exposure to the cold environment.RESULTS:A significant reduction in exhaustion swimming time was revealed in the low-temperature environment(P<0.01),indicating a detrimental impact of low-temperature exposure on the physical fitness of mice.However,in the group of mice with intermittent exposure for 6 days,although there was some recovery in exhaustion swimming time,this improvement did not reach statistical significance.This study contributes to understanding the patterns of physical fitness changes in mice under low-temperature conditions and provides experimental support for exploring the impact of these changes on the physical fitness of winter sports athletes.
