摘要
严寒地区特殊的地理、气候条件给战创伤救治工作带来了诸多难点。低温环境往往会加重原有创伤,进而导致高致残率和高病死率。本研究介绍了寒冷环境对机体的影响机制,同时阐述了目前国际上对于寒区战创伤的救治、预防措施以及相关救治装备研制的最新进展。我军目前对于寒冷环境下战伤现场救治的研究并不完善,低温对人体的影响机制及其预防措施还有待进一步研究。
The special geographical and climatic conditions of the severe cold regions bring many difficulties to the treatment of war trauma.Hypothermia can aggravate the original trauma,which leads to high disability rate and mortality.This paper introduces the influence mechanism of cold environment on the body,and expounds the latest development of the treatment,prevention measures and related treatment equipment of cold war trauma in the world.At present,the research on the field treatment of combat injuries in cold environment is not perfect in our army.The influence mechanism of low temperature on human body and its preventive measures need further research.
