摘要
从城市AI的内涵与特征、"城市研究+AI""城市规划+AI""城市建设与管理+AI"4个方面梳理了2023年城市AI研究热点;从优化城市AI的顶层设计、构建城市AI的智慧平台、加强城市AI的场景建设、促进城市AI的学科融合、防范城市AI的安全伦理风险等方面展望了未来城市AI发展方向。面向未来应积极响应国家发展新一代人工智能的号召,抢抓人工智能发展的重大战略机遇,构筑中国人工智能发展的先发优势。
This paper summarizes the development hotspots of urban AI in 2023 from four aspects:The connotation and characteristics of urban AI,"urban research+AI","urban planning+Al",and"urban construction and management+AI".Then,the future development trend of urban AI is prospected,including optimizing the top-level design of urban Al,building a smart plaform for urban AI,strengthening the construction of urban AI scenarios,promoting disciplinary integration for urban AI,and preventing safety and ethical risks of urban AI.
