摘要
针对全自动装箱生产线中的自动制箱系统设计进行了主要研究,通过将制箱工作流程整合到以往的自动装箱生产线中,实现了整个生产线的升级。过去的生产方式需要将加工好的纸箱运输到需要纸箱的生产厂家,这增加了运输和时间成本。因此,设计了一条直接连接在装箱生产线上的自动制箱系统,不仅减少了空间和时间的浪费,缩短了生产周期,降低了成本,而且提高了生产效率。特别是在装箱封箱效率和自动化水平方面,取得了显著的提升。这对箱装产品的生产产生了积极的影响,并进一步提升了生产效益和竞争力。
The main research was conducted on the design of the automatic box making system in the fully automatic packing production line.By integrating the box making workflow into previous automatic packing production lines,the entire production line was upgraded.In the past,production methods required transporting processed cardboard boxes to manufacturers that needed them,which increased transportation and time costs.Therefore,an automatic box making system directly connected to the packing production line has been designed,which not only reduces the waste of space and time,shortens the production cycle,reduces costs,but also improves production efficiency.Especially in terms of packaging and sealing efficiency and automation level,significant improvements have been made.This has had a positive impact on the production of boxed products and further improved production efficiency and competitiveness.
