摘要
针对航天产品多品种、小批量生产模式的需要,开展了航天产品总装车间工艺布局优化设计。通过工位再造、物流调整、设备配置,建立研制和批产型号两条独立运行的环形总装生产线。实践证明,新的工艺布局能够提升生产场地空间利用率,提高航天产品生产效率,降低生产成本。
According to the needs of the model of multi-variety and small batch of aerospace products,the optimization design of process layout of the assemble workshop is carried out.Two independent ring assembly lines of different scale production are established by redesigning stations,adjusting logistics and increasing equipment.It has been proved that the new process layout can improve space utilization and production efficiency,and reduce the cost.
