摘要 IVD行业灌装1-100μL试剂时,采用手动移液枪操作方式,生产效率低,生产质量不稳定。设计了一种实现IVD行业1-100μL灌装的高精度灌装机,提高生产效率,提高灌装一致性和灌装系统稳定性。设计通过引入回流管路,控制切换阀,实现了灌装过程的高度重复性,从而保证了每次灌装动作的一致性,提高了灌装精度,实现了1-100μL液体高精度灌装功能。该灌装机实现了1-100μL自动化灌装,1-10μL灌装水溶性试剂液量误差±0.1μL,10-100μL灌装液量误差±0.2μL。同时具有自动化程度高、稳定性好、灌装精度高、洁净度高、易清洗的特点,可满足CIP、SIP的需求,成功地解决了IVD试剂生产环节的微升级灌装难题。 IVD industry filling 1-100μL reagent,the operation mode of manual pipette gun is adopted,which has low production efficiency and unstable production quality.A high precision filling machine for 1-100μL filling in IVD industry was designed to improve production efficiency,consistency and stability of filling system.By introducing the backflow pipeline and controlling the switching valve,the design realizes the high repeatability of the filling process,thus ensuring the consistency of each filling action,improving the filling precision and realizing the high-precision filling function of 1-100μL liquid.The filling machine realized automatic filling of 1-100μL,and the error of liquid volume of water-soluble reagent from 1-10μL was±0.1μL,and the error of liquid volume from 10-100μL was±0.2μL.At the same time,it had the characteristics of high automation,good stability,high filling precision,high cleanliness and easy cleaning,which could meet the demand of CIP and SIP,and successfully solved the micro upgrade filling problem of IVD reagent production.
