摘要
目的:分析乳果糖口服液联合复方谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月南通市社会福利院收治的老年功能性便秘患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用复方谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乳果糖口服液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、安全性、中医症状情况。结果:两组临床疗效有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);治疗后,两组患者粪便性状、下坠不尽感、排便费力、排便频率<3次/周积分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳果糖口服液联合复方谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗老年功能性便秘的效果较好,可降低不良反应发生率,改善老年功能性便秘情况。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of lactulose oral liquid combined with compound glutamine granule in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly.Methods:A total of one hundred elderly patients with functional constipation admitted to Nantong Social Welfare Institute from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glutamine granules,and the observation group was treated with lactulose oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,safety and TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021);After treatment,the scores of fecal traits,falling sensation,defecation effort and defecation frequency<3 times/week were all decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactulose oral liquid combined with compound glutamine granules has a good effect on the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the functional constipation situation in the elderly.
