摘要
城乡基本公共服务均等化既是乡村振兴的重要目标,也是推动我国城乡融合发展的必然要求。数字技术作为公共服务创新的核心要素,正以其高效性、共享性、通用性等特征快速渗透到城乡经济社会的各个方面,为促进基本公共服务实现均等化、推动城乡融合发展提供了新动能。当前,数字技术赋能城乡基本公共服务均等化仍存在数字化人才力量短缺、数字基础设施供给不足、数字共享机制不够健全等客观问题。在新发展阶段,需要加快建设农村数字化人才队伍与基础设施,持续完善农村公共服务数据共享机制,有力提升农村基本公共服务效能,真正实现以数字技术赋能乡村振兴,促进全体人民共同富裕取得实质性进展。
The equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is not only a significant goal for the rural revitalization,but also an essential requirement for promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China.Digital technology,serving as a core element in the innovation of public services,is rapidly permeating every aspect of urban and rural socio-economic life with its characteristics of efficiency,shareability,and universality,providing new momentum for the realization of equalization in basic public services and the advancement of integrated urban-rural development.Currently,the empowerment of equalization in urban and rural basic public services by digital technology still faces objective challenges,such as a shortage of digital tal-ents,insufficient supply of digital infrastructure,and the inadequacy of digital sharing mechanisms.In the new stage of development,there is a need to expedite the construction of digital talent teams and infrastructure in rural areas,continuously improve the data sharing mechanisms for rural public services,effectively enhance the efficacy of rural basic public services,and truly realize substantial progress in rural revitalization and common prosperity for all people through the empowerment of digital technology.
