摘要
桂枝药用历史悠久,在《伤寒杂病论》中就有其记载。但通过查阅梳理历代本草与古籍文献发现,唐以前的医方与本草多以桂或桂心为药名,并存在药名与方名不统一现象。因此,笔者对桂枝在历代本草中的名称、基源、产地以及功效等进行系统考证,并结合现代药理研究,厘清《伤寒杂病论》中以及后世医方中所用桂枝的历史沿革与演变,以期为桂枝的临床应用提供参考。
The medicinal use of cassia twig has a long history,which is recorded in Traetise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases.However,through combing through the materia medica and ancient books and documents,it was found that the medical prescriptions and materia medica before Tang Dynasty mostly took GUI or Guixin as the name of medicine,and there was a disunity between the name of medicine and the name of prescription.Therefore,the author carried out systematic research on the name,base source,origin and efficacy of cassia twig in the material medica of the past dynasties,and combined with modern pharmacological research,clarified the historical evolution and evolution of cassia twig used in Treatise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases and later medical prescriptions,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of cassia twig.
