摘要 为有效控制建筑施工过程中的安全风险,基于文献分析法和专家调查法分析确定16个建筑施工安全风险因素并构建建筑施工安全风险因素指标体系,运用决策试验和评价实验室—对抗解释结构法(DEMATEL-AISM),分析某房建工程案例中施工安全风险因素的影响层次,研究安全风险因素之间的影响关系和因果属性。结果表明:建筑施工安全风险因素可划分为7个基本层级和3个致因层级;分析确定9个原因因素和7个结果因素,其中的现场违章指挥、安全防护设备设施不完善、隐患整改不到位等11个因素是影响现场施工安全的重要因素;从杜绝根源风险、切断风险链传播、监控直接风险3个维度,建立建筑施工安全风险防控技术框架,为房屋建筑工程现场安全管理提供参考。 In order to effectively control the safety risks in the construction process,16 construction safety risk factors were determined based on literature analysis and expert survey methods,and an index system for construction safety risk factors was constructed.The impact levels of risk factors of the construction safety in a building project example were analyzed and the influencing relationship and the causal attributes between factors were studied by using the decision experiment and evaluation laboratory adversarial explanation structure method(DEMATEL-AISM).The results show that construction safety risk factors can be divided into 7 basic levels and 3 causal levels;and that 9 causal factors and 7 outcome factors were identified,among which 11 factors such as on-site illegal commands,incomplete safety protection equipment and facilities,and inadequate rectification of hidden dangers,are important factors affecting construction site safety.A technical framework for construction safety risk prevention and control was established from three dimensions:eliminating root risks,cutting off risk chain transmission,and monitoring direct risks,so as to provide reference for on-site safety management of building construction projects.
