摘要
市场中建筑企业的策略选择易受到经济利益的左右,这也就决定了其实施数字化转型是一个反复调整、不断学习的动态演化过程。文章从影响微观建筑企业数字化转型的实际因素出发,引入演化博弈理论并构建演化博弈模型,用MATLAB对影响建筑企业数字化转型的关键因素进行模拟仿真,结果显示,政府的财政激励力度的增加能有效促使建筑企业实施数字化转型。另外,由于实施数字化转型所带来的直接收益和间接收益水平的提升,也是促使建筑企业数字化转型的重要因素。同时,较高的转型成本则会阻碍建筑企业实施数字化转型策略。最后,为了更好的激发建筑企业数字化转型的后劲,我国需提升对数字建筑产业的财政激励力度、强化建筑业数字化转型技术支撑并优化建筑企业自身数字化应用能力。
The strategic choice of construction enterprises is easily affected by economic interests,which determines that their digital transformation is a long-term,repeated and dynamic evolution process.From the perspective of digital transformation,this paper introduces evolutionary game theory and constructs an evolutionary game model,and uses MATLAB to simulate the key factors that affect the digital transformation of construction enterprises.The results show that the increase of the government’s financial incentives,the improvement of the level of direct and indirect benefits are important factors that promote the digital transformation of construction enterprises.At the same time,higher transformation costs will hinder construction enterprises from implementing digital transformation strategies.Finally,in order to better stimulate the stamina of the digital transformation of construction enterprises,China needs to enhance the financial incentives for the digital construction industry,strengthen the technical support for the digital transformation of the construction industry and optimize the digital application capabilities of construction enterprises.
