摘要
为提高长距离输水管道顶管施工情境下安全管理水平,本文首先通过文献调研、专家访谈提取出23项施工安全影响因素;其次,运用解释结构模型(ISM)分析各因素间作用关系,构建了8个层级的递阶结构模型;最后对X项目进行案例分析并提出相应措施。研究结果显示:本文构建的影响因素体系和层次结构模型有较强的适用性;违规操作、作业人员技术水平、安全监督与隐患排查是现场管理的关键,而重视规章制度的落实可保障上述因素处于安全状态。
In order to improve the safety management level of long distance water pipeline pipe jacking construction,this paper first extracts 23 influencing factors of construction safety through literature research and expert interview.Secondly,the interpretative structural model(ISM)is used to analyze the interaction between various factors,and a hierarchical structure model of eight levels is constructed.Finally,the X project case analysis and put forward the corresponding measures.The results show that the influencing factor system and hierarchical structure model constructed in this paper have strong applicability.Illegal operation,technical level of operators,safety supervision and hidden trouble investigation are the key to site management,and paying attention to the implementation of rules and regulations can ensure that the above factors are in a safe state.
