摘要
乡村文化建设是乡村振兴的灵魂,也是乡村振兴战略得以顺利实施的智力支撑,该文通过实证调研发现,目前乡村文化建设过程中存在以下困境,一是乡村文化建设主体流失严重,乡村文化人才体系亟待构建;二是智慧文旅平台投入使用不足;三是社会参与力量尚未形成合力;四是文化资源开发和利用不充分。该文基于“五社联动”的行动框架提出相应的对策建议,助力乡村文化赋能乡村振兴。
The construction of rural culture is not only the soul of rural revitalization,but also the intellectual support for the smooth implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.At present,there are the following dilemmas in the process of rural cultural construction:first,the main body of rural cultural construction is seriously lost,and the rural cultural talent system needs to be constructed urgently;second,the smart cultural tourism platform is underused;third,the force of social participation has not yet formed a joint force;and fourth,the development and utilization of cultural resources are inadequate.Based on the action framework of the five societies,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help the rural culture-empowered rural revitalization.
