Designing and Application of NC Machine Tool Production Line Based on Robot Automatic Loading and Unloading Technology

摘要 针对机床相互位置较为拥挤或者厂房内部高度空间较小的场合,文中介绍了一种应用地轨机器人进行机床上下料的泵壳类产品机加生产线。该生产线的特点是多品种小批量生产,用于加工的数控机床包括数控车床和立式加工中心。通过托盘进行工位间的工件传递,托盘全部在线内存储,工件与托盘在线外人工装夹。整个系统除机械加工系统外,还包括清洗、测量、集中排屑、视频监控、安全防护等系统,能够保证不同产品的在线生产。泵壳生产线通过上位机总体控制各个系统,可以通过程序形成多种不同流程的功能单元,开放性强,可根据实际需求进行智能排产。该应用属于智能制造的一种生产方式。 For the occasion that the machine tools are crowded with each other or the height space inside the plant is small,the paper introduces a machining production line for pump housing products which is used for loading and unloading of machine tools by ground track robots.The production line is characterized by multiple varieties and small batch production.The NC machine tools used for machining include NC lathes and vertical machining centers.The workpiece is transferred between the workstations through the pallet,all the pallets are stored online,and the workpiece and the pallet are manually clamped online.In addition to machining system,the whole system also includes cleaning,measuring,centralized chip removal,video monitoring,safety protection and other systems,which can ensure online production of different products.The pump case production line controls each system through the upper computer,and can form a variety of different process function units through the program,with strong openness,and can perform intelligent production scheduling according to the actual needs.The application belongs to a production mode of intelligent manufacturing.
