橡胶减振制品类企业生产管理数字化转型的规划与建设

Planning and construction of digital transformation of production management in rubber shock reducer enterprises

摘要 随着数字化时代的到来,企业正面临着严峻挑战,传统生产管理方式已很难满足企业发展的需要,生产管理方式亟需数字化转型,但很多橡胶制品类企业面对生产数字化转型表现出“不敢转、不会转”。本文以橡胶减振制品企业为例,基于生产情况分析,提出涵盖智能排产、精准物料配送、生产准备管理、过程管控、质量管控追溯、设备管理和人员管理的生产管理信息化系统的规划和建设方案。 With the advent of the digital age,enterprises are facing severe challenges.Traditional production management methods are no longer able to meet the needs of enterprise development,and there is an urgent need for digital transformation in production management methods.But many rubber product companies are hesitant or unable to adapt to the digital transformation of production.This article takes rubber vibration reduction product enterprises as an example,proposes a planning and construction plan for a production management information system that covers intelligent scheduling,precise material distribution,production preparation management,process control,quality control traceability,equipment management,and personnel management based on production situation analysis.
