典型老城区海绵城市建设碳减排效益评估 被引量:4

Assessment of Carbon Emission Reduction Benefits of Sponge City Construction in Typical Old District

摘要 通过分析海绵城市从建设到运行维护的全生命周期过程,分别从碳排放和碳减排两部分考虑,构建海绵城市碳减排效益评估体系,并以北京市西城区为研究区域建立数值模型,对城区尺度的海绵城市碳减排效益进行评估,分析其影响因素。结果表明:北京市西城区海绵城市在运行8~17年后实现碳中和;在30年的全生命周期内,西城区海绵城市产生的总碳减排效益为16064~31814 t;海绵城市碳减排量与年降水量呈正相关关系;随着西城区海绵设施的总规模增加,其单位面积(容积)的碳减排效益也不断提升。 This paper constructed the carbon emission reduction benefit assessment system of sponge city construction in Xicheng District of Beijing from the aspects of carbon emission and carbon emission reduction,established a numerical model to evaluate the carbon emission reduction benefit,and discussed the factors affecting the carbon emission reduction by analyzing the life cycle process of sponge city from construction to operation and maintenance.The carbon neutrality of sponge city construction in Xicheng District of Beijing would be achieved after 8 to 17 years of operation,and the total carbon emission reduction benefit was 16064-31814 t in the life cycle of 30 years.There was a positive correlation between carbon emission reduction and annual precipitation in sponge city construction.With the increase of the total scale of sponge facilities in Xicheng District,the carbon emission reduction benefit per unit area(volume)of sponge facilities also increased.
