摘要
基于我国海绵城市建设评价要点,针对既有城市住区的海绵化改造,考虑片区、管网关键节点、设施三个层面,研究对应性能监测方法。以遂宁市明月河片区为监测对象,根据降雨量和下垫面本底污染监测情况,计算分析径流总量控制率和径流污染控制率,评估明月河片区海绵城市建设总体效果,针对典型项目的建设成效进行重点监测分析。
Based on the evaluation points of sponge city construction in China,aiming at the sponge transformation of existing urban residential areas,this paper studies the corresponding performance monitoring methods from three aspects of area,key nodes of pipe network and facilities.This study take the region of Moon River in Suining as monitoring object,calculated and analyzed the control ratio of runoff flow and contamination based on the monitoring data of rainfall and the contamination of underlying surface.The overall effects of sponge city construction in the region were also assessed.
