摘要
北京防汛应急指挥调度系统是北京市应急管理局成立后,为防汛指挥部门提供综合辅助决策,组织协调北京市水旱灾害应急救援所建设的重要系统,在投入使用后发挥了重要作用。详细介绍了北京防汛应急指挥调度系统的设计思路、总体框架、系统组成部分,重点描述了部分系统功能和应用成效,为防汛抗旱应急业务和技术人员提供借鉴和参考。
The Beijing Flood Control Emergency Command and Dispatching System is an important system built by the Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau for the flood control sectors to provide comprehensive assistance in decision-making,organize and coordinate the emergency rescue of flood and drought disasters in the city,and has played an important role after being put into use.This paper introduces the design idea,overall framework and system components of the Beijing flood control emergency command and dispatching system in detail,and focuses on some system functions and application results,providing reference and reference for flood control and drought relief emergency business and technical personnel.
