摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,空间信息技术在我国应急管理中得到了广泛应用,空间信息技术的飞速发展推动了应急管理现代化进程。本文介绍了空间信息技术的特点,总结了近20年来国内外学者应用空间信息技术在应急辅助决策数据库建设、应急制图、应急指挥调度以及应急救援决策系统建设中的应用实践,并围绕灾害多维空间信息监测、新兴技术与应急业务深度融合等方向探讨空间信息技术未来在应急管理领域中的应用模式。为从事应急管理工作、研究的人员了解并应用空间信息技术提供认知资源,并为后续交叉融合研究提供可借鉴的思路。
With the continuous development of science and technology,space information technology has been widely used in emergency management in China,and the rapid development of space information technology has promoted the modernization process of emergency management.This paper introduces the characteristics of space information technology,summarizes the application practices of scholars at home and abroad who have applied space information technology in emergency auxiliary decision-making database construction,emergency mapping,emergency command and dispatch,and emergency rescue decision-making system construction in the past 20 years,and discusses the future applications of space information technology in the field of emergency management in the direction of multi-dimensional spatial information monitoring of disasters,deep integration of emerging technologies and emergency operations,etc.The seminar will discuss the future applications of space information technology in the field of emergency management in the direction of disaster monitoring,integration of emerging technologies and emergency operations.It will provide cognitive resources for the personnel engaged in emergency management work and research to understand and apply spatial information technology,and provide ideas for the subsequent cross-fertilization research.
