摘要
为提升防汛应急抢险队伍抢险技能和处置能力,以险情、案例、抢护方法三大核心概念定义各类实体、属性及其之间的关联关系,在历史险情处置方案数据库中进行相关知识的抽取、分类、信息融合,借助专家知识和现有知识库进行知识建模,储存形成险情处置知识图谱。防汛工作人员通过险情描述的录入,可立即获得智能推送的历史相关险情处置案例,防汛应急指挥部门也可以获得决策支持。
In order to enhance the flood emergency rescue team’s skills and response capabilities,various types of entities,attributes,and their interrelationships are defined based on the three core concepts of hazard,case,and rescue methods.Relevant knowledge is extracted,classified,and integrated in a historical hazard response plan database.Expert knowledge and existing knowledge bases are used to build knowledge models,resulting in the creation of a knowledge graph for hazard situation management.Flood control personnel can immediately receive intelligent recommended historical relevant hazard response cases through the input of hazard descriptions,and flood emergency command departments can also access decision support.
