摘要
目的探讨浙江省舟山地区居民糖尿病流行病学特征,并对影响因素进行分析。方法采用分层整群抽样方法于2021年5月—2022年11月在舟山地区抽取2077名成年居民作为研究对象。测量研究对象的糖尿病患病情况及血糖控制率,采用二元logistic回归模型分析影响患者患糖尿病的相关因素。结果研究对象中有198例糖尿病患者,患病率为9.53%,男性患病率高于女性(χ^(2)=6.640),患病率随年龄增长而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖受损共124例,患病率为5.97%,男性患病率高于女性(χ^(2)=6.187),患病率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。居民年龄较大,身体质量指数较高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较低会导致患者患糖尿病的风险升高。结论舟山地区居民糖尿病患病率低于全国平均水平,糖尿病患病以年龄≥50岁居民为主,控制体重是防控糖尿病的重要环节。
Objective The epidemiological characteristics of diabetes in Zhoushan,Zhejiang Province were discussed,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Methods From May 2021 to November 2022,a stratified global sampling method was used to select 2 077 adult residents in Zhoushan,Zhejiang Province.The prevalence of diabetes and glycemic control in all included subjects were measured,and logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting diabetes in patients.Results There were 198 cases of diabetes,with a prevalence rate of 9.53%,and the prevalence was higher in males than in females (χ^(2)=6.640),and the prevalence increased with age (P<0.05).There were 124 cases of impaired fasting blood glucose,with a prevalence of 5.97%,which was higher in males than females (χ^(2)=6.187),and the prevalence tended to increase with age (P<0.05).Higher age,body mass index,and lower HDL cholesterol levels would increase the risk of diabetes.Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes in Zhoushan Islands is lower than the national average,and the prevalence of diabetes is mainly among people over 50 years old,and weight control is an important part of diabetes prevention and control.
