摘要
基于CIPP模型,构建了包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标与25个三级指标的高校劳动教育评价指标体系,并在该评价指标体系上,运用模糊综合评价法、层次分析法和熵权法,对安徽省A大学劳动教育实施效果进行了实证分析。结果表明:安徽省A大学劳动教育总体效果良好,但在背景和投入方面相对薄弱。认为高校在劳动教育中,要紧扣学生劳动素养提升的总目标,组建复合型高效师资队伍,推进“劳创融合”协同育人,才能不断提高劳动教育育人成效。
Based on the CIPP model,an evaluation index system of labor education in colleges and universities was constructed,which included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators.The implementation effect of labor education in University A in Anhui Province was empirically analyzed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process method and entropy weight method on this evaluation index system.The results showed that the overall effect of labor education at A University in Anhui Province was good,but it was relatively weak in terms of background and investment.It was believed that universities should focus on the overall goal of improving students labor literacy in subsequent labor education,establish a composite and efficient teaching team,promote the collaborative education of“labor innovation integration”,and continuously improve the effectiveness of labor education.
