摘要
为满足我国政府对烟气中二氧化硫(SO_(2))排放的严格政策,众多钢铁企业广泛采用干法脱硫工艺。然而,这一工艺在脱硫灰的处理和综合利用方面面临挑战。本研究旨在解决干法脱硫的氧化条件相对较差,导致脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙含量较高等问题。我们还探讨了将脱硫灰添加到石灰石中进行湿法脱硫的实验,结果表明,掺杂25%的脱硫灰能够有效氧化脱硫灰中的亚硫酸钙,最大程度地延长了突破时间,减少了石灰石的使用量。同时,稳定的脱硫石膏可以供其他行业如水泥生产进行资源化利用。这些发现为钢铁行业和其他高排放行业提供了一种有前景的方式,以更好地满足环保标准,同时减少资源浪费。
To meet the stringent policies of the Chinese government regarding sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))emissions in flue gases,many iron and steel companies have widely adopted the dry desulfurization process.However,this process faces challenges in the handling and comprehensive utilization of desulfurization ash.This study aims to address issues related to the dry desulfurization process,which includes the relatively poor oxidation conditions leading to a high content of calcium sulfite in the desulfurization ash.We also explored experiments involving the addition of desulfurization ash to limestone for wet desulfurization.The results indicate that incorporating 25%desulfurization ash effectively oxidizes the calcium sulfite in the ash,significantly extending the breakthrough time while reducing the consumption of limestone.Furthermore,the stable desulfurization gypsum produced can be utilized as a valuable resource in other industries such as cement production.These findings offer a promising approach for the iron and steel industry and other high-emission sectors to better meet environmental standards while reducing resource wastage.
