摘要
为探索干法脱硫灰的利用途径,系统研究了LIFAC干法脱硫灰用作水泥混合材对水泥标准稠度需水量、凝结时间、安定性及强度等性能的影响规律。结果表明,LIFAC干法脱硫灰用作水泥混合材是可行的。掺加脱硫灰的水泥性能良好,各项指标符合国标规定。实际生产时建议采用脱硫灰与粉煤灰双掺工艺,脱硫灰适宜掺量为5%-12%。
In order to explore the utilization way of dry-method desulphurized ash, the experiment studies systematically the effective patterns of cement water demand with normal consistency, setting time, soundness and Strength when LIAFC drymethod desulphurized ash is used as cement mixture. The result shows: it is feasible that LIAFC dry-method desulphurized ash is used as cement mixture. Such cement is in good property, with all parameters reaching the standard. Therefore, it is suggested using the mixture of desulphurized ash and fly ash into practical operation and that the proper proportion of desulphurized ash should be 5%-12%.
