摘要
颈椎病是临床常见病和多发病,也是针灸治疗的临床优势病种之一。针灸治疗颈椎病方法多样,各有特色,本文主要从辨证配穴、局部配穴和特殊配穴三个方面梳理总结了针刺治疗颈椎病的特色针法。辨证配穴针法主要包括醒神通督配穴针法、通督养神配穴针法、心肾同调配穴针法;局部配穴针法主要包括颈三针、颈五针、颈六针、项八针及颈十针;特殊配穴针法主要包括颈腰同治针法、平衡针法、腹针法等。以期为临床针灸治疗颈椎病提供了选穴指导和参考。
Cervical spondylosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.It is also one of the clinical dominant diseases in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis are various and each has its own characteristics.This paper summarizes the characteristic acupuncture methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis from three aspects of syndrome differentiation and point matching,local point matching and special point matching.The acupuncture method of syndrome differentiation and combination mainly includes the acupuncture method of Xingshentong du-matching,tongdu-yangshen-matching and heart-kidney co matching,while the local acupuncture method mainly includes three needles at neck,five needles at neck,six needles at neck,eight needles at neck and ten needles at neck The special point-matching needling method mainly includes cervical-lumbar acupuncture,balanced needling,abdominal needling and so on.The above methods provide guidance and reference for clinical acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis.
